Materials Required:
How to Make Him:
- 1/3 cup of minced meat
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 inch ginger, chopped halu
- 5 pcs chilli beans, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of vege mix (carrots, corn, peas)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of chili sauce
- 1/2 cube of beef
- Little water
- A little fish sauce
- Red chili, seed and small dice, for decoration
- Sliced garlic, for decoration (use parsley pounds ok)
- 3 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- A little black pepper powder
How to Make Him:
- Mix eggs with mayonnaise and black pepper powder. Stir well with whisk. Heat non-stick pan of size 8 or 9 inches with a little oil. Then you fried the egg until cooked and golden. Move it into the plate accordingly.
- Heat in a pan.
- Fry onion, garlic, chilli and ginger until fragrant, add oyster sauce and stir well. Add meat cube (if used), as well as minced meat. Stir well and pour some water. Cook for a while.
- Add in chili sauce and tomato sauce, stirring well cooked with small fire to thicken. Add the vege mix, mix well and cook for a while. Taste and if less salt, sprinkle with a little fish sauce. Mix well and turn off the fire. Dismiss.
- Pour over the omelet and justify it. Sliced the sliced onions and red chillies. Serve immediately with warm rice.
