Necessary materials;
- 5 to 6 pieces - fish
- 2 tsp - red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp - coriander powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
- 1 tsp - Lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil
Next How to Make;
- Fish clean and wash it twice for three times. Set aside.
- In a wide bowl, add red peppers, turmeric powder, coriander powder, lime juice and salt needed. Sprinkle a little water to make a pasta consistency like.
- Then add the fish and mix well.
- Coat of masala on all sides of fish and soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan or in a special place and fry the fish until the fish turns dark brown.
