Materials needed :

  • 200 grams of medium protein flour
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 60 ml thick coconut milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 800 ml of cooking oil

Filling material:

  • 120 grams of beef, finely chopped
  • 80 grams of potatoes, diced small
  • 80 grams of small diced carrots
  • 2 boiled eggs, cut into pieces
  • 30 grams of soun, brewed
  • 60 grams of bean sprouts
  • 1 btg leeks, finely sliced
  • 30 ml of clean water

Ground spices :

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp fine salt, or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon powdered broth, or to taste


Sauce Material:

  • 3 onion grains
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 spicy chili peppers
  • 3 pieces of red chili
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp water nail
  • Smooth salt, to taste
  • 200 ml of clean water

How to cook :

  1. First, create the stuffing first. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, then add beef, leeks, potatoes, and carrots. Add water, cook until half-baked, then add all ingredients except eggs. Then cook until all is perfectly cooked.
  2. Then we make for the skin, mix the eggs, flour, coconut milk, and salt, then stir until blended and then add 60 ml of hot cooking oil, then knead the dough until smooth. And roll the dough about 3 mm thick. After that, cut the dough round shape with a diameter of 10 cm.
  3. Then take a piece of skin, and give the dough the contents + egg pieces. Cover the dough in a semicircle and paste it. Repeat finish the dough until it runs out.
  4. Then fry the dough with hot oil until cooked brown, remove and drain.
  5. Then to make the sauce, blend all ingredients except vinegar and water. Then cook the ingredients already in the blender, with the added water and vinegar. Cook until boiling and remove if it is cooked.
