The recipe for Maryam Legit
Material :

  • 1000 grams of high protein flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 ml of warm water
  • 4 tablespoons milk powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams margarine / butter / samin oil
  • 175 ml of cooking oil for batter
  • 100 ml of cooking oil for dye

How to Cook Maryam's Bread:

  1. Combine cooking oil, eggs and water.
  2. Stir all ingredients that have been prepared by using whisk, mix well.
  3. Enter the flour, salt, milk powder. Knead the dough until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into sections, round out the dough. Grease the top of the dough using oil.
  5. Cover the dough with a clean cloth / napkin. Let stand for about 60 minutes.
  6. Grind the dough until it is thin, the shape becomes oval long.
  7. Roll the dough into a long roll. The shape resembles a cone upwards.
  8. Let stand for a moment then milled back with a thickness of approximately 1/2 cm.
  9. Heat oil in a nonstick flat pan that has been smeared with a little oil
  10. Fry batter until brown.
  11. Lift then give topping according to taste.
