The recipe for Maryam Legit |
- 1000 grams of high protein flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 450 ml of warm water
- 4 tablespoons milk powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams margarine / butter / samin oil
- 175 ml of cooking oil for batter
- 100 ml of cooking oil for dye
How to Cook Maryam's Bread:
- Combine cooking oil, eggs and water.
- Stir all ingredients that have been prepared by using whisk, mix well.
- Enter the flour, salt, milk powder. Knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into sections, round out the dough. Grease the top of the dough using oil.
- Cover the dough with a clean cloth / napkin. Let stand for about 60 minutes.
- Grind the dough until it is thin, the shape becomes oval long.
- Roll the dough into a long roll. The shape resembles a cone upwards.
- Let stand for a moment then milled back with a thickness of approximately 1/2 cm.
- Heat oil in a nonstick flat pan that has been smeared with a little oil
- Fry batter until brown.
- Lift then give topping according to taste.
