How To Make Serabi Recipe Sauce That Gives Gurih And Delicious
Necessary materials:

  • 150 grams of rice flour
  • 250 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp fermipan
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • pandan paste (optional)

Ingredients For Sauce:

  • 350 ml of coconut milk
  • 80 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 pandan leaves

How to make:

  1. Boil the coconut milk, salt, and vanilla until boiling.
  2. Mix rice flour, sugar, fermipan, and vanilla.
  3. Stir until evenly then enter the coconut milk that has been boiled.
  4. Stir again until nothing is clothed.
  5. Strain the dough perfectly smooth.
  6. Add a pandan pasta if you like.
  7. Prepare a teflon pan, give a little cooking oil and cook until cooked.
  8. Repeat until all the dough runs out.
  9. Cook the broth, mix all the ingredients and stir constantly on a small fire.
  10. After maturing turn off the fire and filter the sauce.
  11. Serve serabi with coconut milk.
