Materials needed :

  • 500 grams of squid is still fresh (remove the head and entrails)
  • 75 grams of basil leaves
  • 150 ml of water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar to taste
  • ½ teaspoon taste flavor
  • Kitchen salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil

Ground spices :

  • 6 onion grains
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 grains of hazelnuts that have been roasted before
  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2 large red peppers
  • 2 cm ginger

How to make:

  1. Clean the squid that has been cleaned and discarded head and stomach contents. Cut the ring shape.
  2. Then wash it back with water until it is completely clean.
  3. After the squid is washed and then smeared and soaked with lemon juice for 15 minutes, then wash it back using clean water.
  4. Saute all the fine spices so that the special smell of spices smells.

  7. Add salt sugar and taste flavor to taste
  8. If the squid is already cooked and water already ordered, input basil and stir until flat and basil wilt.
  9. Lift and serve sauteed spicy sauté basil delicious.
