Recipes How To Make Simple Mango Pudding |
- Agar-agar powder white 1 pack
- Mango sweet fragrant meat of 500 grams, cut into small pieces
- Liquid milk 500 ml, can also use SKM mixed with water
- Fresh cream / whipped cream liquid 300 ml, can use whippy cream powder mixed with water as directed on the packaging
- Sugar 150 grams, reduce / add according to taste (if use SKM sugar do not be too much)
- Complement: Mango syrup, canned fruit cocktail
How to Make Mango Pudding;
- Mix sugar and powdered agar. Stir well. Set aside.
- Mix the mango meat with 200 ml of liquid milk. Blend until smooth. Add the remaining milk and fresh cream / whippy cream. Blender again until evenly distributed.
- Pour into a pan, add a mixture of sugar and powdered agar. Cook over low heat while stirring constantly to keep the milk from breaking. Cook until boiling the first time. Turn off the fire.
- Pour into a mold or a serving glass. Chill. Freeze.
- Serve with complementary material.
