How to Make Mini Watermelon Recipe Pudding |
Materials A
- 3 Bks. White agar (Swallow globe)
- 300 gr sugar
- 750 cc of liquid milk
- 4 btr egg whites, shake stiff
- Red dye sufficiently. (butterfly cap stamp is in the china shop)
- 2 tsp Poppy seed or basil
Material B
- 1 bks of white gelatin
- 100 gr sugar
- 400 cc of liquid milk
- All three are cooked together, in the boil.
zMaterial C
- 1 bks of white abrasive
- 100 gr sugar
- 400 cc Water
- Green dye sufficiently
How to make:
- Prepare a triangle or pyramid pans that have been dampened first with water, then set aside
- Cook ingredients A, except egg whites.
- After ingredients A cooked to boiling, put into whisk egg whites while continuously shaked until the flat and red color is in accordance with the taste.
- The dough is put into the mold, 2/3 of it, and the 1/3 of it for materials B and C.
Resolution:
- The red dough is poured into its 2/3 baking pan.
- Then top doused with batter material B that has been cooked in white.
- After the dough B / white color has been flush on top of A / red, then top it again doused with C / green dough.
