Recipe Sautéed Typical Shrimp Cuisine Aceh |
- 300 grams medium-sized shrimp, peeled, dorsal spine
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 stem of lemongrass
- 2 pounds of sunti acid, puree
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut, roasted, finely ground
- 250 ml of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
Softened seasoning :
- 5 pcs red chilli
- 3 cloves of red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 centi meters turmeric
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 pcs of nutmeg
Next How to Make:
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute spices that have been smoothed until fragrant. Add lemongrass & sunti acid.
- Enter the shrimp and in Stir and Cook until the shrimps switch colors.
- Add roasted coconut bread, water, salt, & sugar.
- Cook into the pan with a small fire until the gravy thickens.
- Lift & serve.
