Recipe Sautéed Typical Shrimp Cuisine Aceh
Necessary materials :

  • 300 grams medium-sized shrimp, peeled, dorsal spine
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 stem of lemongrass
  • 2 pounds of sunti acid, puree
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut, roasted, finely ground
  • 250 ml of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Softened seasoning :

  • 5 pcs red chilli
  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 centi meters turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 pcs of nutmeg

Next How to Make:

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute spices that have been smoothed until fragrant. Add lemongrass & sunti acid.
  2. Enter the shrimp and in Stir and Cook until the shrimps switch colors.
  3. Add roasted coconut bread, water, salt, & sugar.
  4. Cook into the pan with a small fire until the gravy thickens.
  5. Lift & serve.
